Called the dealership from Arizona and spoke to a gentleman named Phil. Let him know I was interested in a lexus they had for sell. Drove an 1hr and 30 min to purchase a vehicle and to my surprise after I looked and drove the vehicle he offered to follow me and drive it back which saved me hundreds by not renting a trailer. Phil was very nice, seemed very focused on my needs and very patient and informational with all my questions. The manager Carlos was very professional and nice as well.
